A modular approach to environmental management

Each SBS International management system has been developed in four modules for ease of management of your environmental performance. Each management system has a:

 

• Planning and Risk Module - in which the administrative elements of the overall system are grouped;

• Strategic Management Module - which deals with organisational structures, training and awareness, communicatiuons, marketing and procurement;

• Operational Management Module - which deals with the operational requirements and controls associated with the system being used; and

• Control and Compliance Module - which manages all monitoring, control, reporting and document control aspects of your system.

 

Each module consists of the complete and comprehensive documentation needed for compliance, management and reporting.  Draft policies, procedures, processes, structures and other documentation allow you the opportunity to use the documents as a template; to change and personalise or to simply implement with the least delay and this together with our extensive support network should make your decisiopn to participate that much easier.

 

Ownership of the documentation is transferred to you once payment has been received and where applicable, updates are provided to ensure your system remains competitive and compliant for years to come.
